Wayne came round to measure up and fetched plenty of samples for me and my partner to go through as we were very unsure of what we wanted. Wayne shown exceptional patience and even took a trip back to the showroom to fetch us more samples. He then let us choose the date best for us and came round and got everything done efficiently, extremely clean too! He even accomodated the fact we changed our mind and instead of having the dining room carpet fitted, we asked Wayne if he could fit it on the stairs/landing - no questions asked it was just done.
